What countries do you deliver to?
How long will it take to get my MAD BOY bike?
Your MAD BOY bike will be personally delivered 2-3 weeks after purchase and and will be fully-assembled and ready-to-ride.
If you’re in the UK islands or Northern Ireland, your bike will be delivered almost fully-assembled by courier with the tools and instructions needed to quickly get our MAD BOY ready-to-ride.
How will I get my MAD BOY bike?
You will be contacted by a Cannondale representative within a few days of placing your order to make delivery arrangements.
Can I return my MAD BOY bike?
Consumer ‘distance and online selling regulations’ apply to all MAD BOY orders and can be cancelled at any point up to 14 days after receipt of goods. Customers can contact CSG UK to arrange return of the goods that must be in the same ‘new’ state with original packaging and any tools/manuals. Customers must contact CSG UK by calling 01202 732288 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements.
What if there's something wrong with my MAD BOY?
Your MAD BOY bike is a Cannondale bike and is covered by our Cannondale warranty. Your local Cannondale bike shop should be able to help you. Due to the limited edition nature of this product we can not guarantee warranty replacements will be available in the same manner as production bikes, so please note the following section of our warranty: Due to product evolution and obsolescence (such as products that have been discontinued or are no longer kept in stock), some frames or components may not be available for older or limited edition models. In these cases, Cannondale may elect to provide a replacement that it determines to be the most nearly comparable model, but sourcing and paying for components is the responsibility of the bicycle owner.
